Animal Care Committee
The Animal Care Committee is charged with ensuring that all research and teaching at UOIT involving animals conforms to the regulations of the Ontario Animals for Research Act and the guidelines within Canadian Council on Animal Care (CCAC). The committee meets and reviews applications for the use of animals in research projects two to four times per year.
